15-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At One Seven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
• Provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
• Items labeled as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible.

Return/Exchange Process:

1. Email us at oenseven.pk1@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
3. Ship the item to the return address once approved by our team.
4. We’ll issue a refund, exchange, or store credit after inspection within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
